Customer agrees that prior to AskMyGenius servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer's responsibility to back up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer's computer disk drives and peripherals.

Response time for Customer Service Request
All service request for customer support are assigned a severity level. Based on the severity level assigned, it may take up to 2 business days to respond to the customer service request.
